Terms & Conditions

Last updated: June 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the WharfPrint website at wharfprint.co.uk and any orders placed with us. By placing an order or submitting a quote request, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Us

WharfPrint is a UK-based print and packaging company. All orders and enquiries are subject to these Terms. For queries, contact us at info@wharfprint.co.uk.

2. Orders and Acceptance

All orders placed through our website or submitted via quote request are subject to acceptance by WharfPrint. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion. An order is confirmed only when we have issued a written order confirmation or accepted payment.

For custom print products requiring a quote, production will not commence until we have received written approval of your artwork proof and, where applicable, payment or a confirmed purchase order.

3. Pricing

Prices displayed on our website are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where stated. For products requiring a quote, prices will be confirmed in writing before production begins.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing without notice. Any price agreed in a written quotation will be honoured for the period stated in that quotation, typically 30 days.

4. Artwork and Files

You are responsible for supplying print-ready artwork that meets our file requirements. WharfPrint offers a free artwork review service. We will advise if your file requires changes before production.

By supplying artwork to WharfPrint, you confirm that:

  • You own or have the right to use all content, including logos, images, and text
  • The artwork does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
  • The content does not violate any applicable UK law

WharfPrint accepts no liability for errors in artwork approved by the customer, including spelling, grammar, colour accuracy, or layout issues confirmed at proof stage.

5. Proofs and Approvals

For custom and bespoke print products, a digital proof will be provided for your approval before production. Production will not commence until written approval is received.

Once a proof is approved by the customer, WharfPrint is not responsible for any errors that were present in the approved proof. Physical samples or print tests may be available on request and may incur an additional charge.

6. Production and Lead Times

Estimated lead times are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Lead times begin from the date artwork is approved, not the date of order placement.

WharfPrint will make every reasonable effort to meet stated lead times. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including supplier delays, courier issues, or events of force majeure.

7. Delivery

Orders are delivered via tracked UK courier services. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. WharfPrint is not responsible for delays caused by courier services once an order has been dispatched.

Free UK delivery applies to orders meeting the stated minimum order value. Delivery charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout or confirmed in your quotation.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect your order promptly upon receipt and notify us of any issues within 48 hours of delivery.

8. Returns and Complaints

As our products are custom-manufactured to your specification, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind or where artwork errors were present in customer-approved proofs.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was agreed, please contact us at info@wharfprint.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will assess the issue and, where a manufacturing fault is confirmed, offer a reprint or credit at our discretion.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the WharfPrint website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of WharfPrint and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Artwork and files supplied by customers remain the property of the customer. WharfPrint will not use your artwork for any purpose other than fulfilling your order.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, WharfPrint’s total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the value of that order.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or economic losses arising from any order, delay, or error, including loss of profit, business, or opportunity.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our website following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
