Sticker Roll Printing — FAQs
We offer sticker rolls in circle, square, rectangle and custom die-cut shapes. Standard sizes include 30mm, 40mm, 50mm, 70mm and 100mm, with custom sizes available on request.
Our sticker rolls are printed on premium white gloss or matte vinyl with a strong permanent adhesive. The vinyl is waterproof and scratch-resistant, ideal for product labels, food and beverage, cosmetics and retail use.
Our standard minimum order is 100 labels per roll. For larger quantities or multiple designs, please contact us and we can advise on the most cost-effective options for your requirements.
We recommend print-ready PDF or AI files in CMYK at 300dpi with 2mm bleed. We also accept PSD, PNG and high-resolution JPG. Our team checks every file before production and will contact you if any adjustments are needed.
Standard turnaround is 3–5 working days from artwork approval. UK-wide tracked delivery is included. If you need a faster turnaround, please get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate your deadline.
